Standard Prices For Residential Sales

Prices will be based on the size of the property and complexity of the survey.

Properties with one or, two bedrooms will be charged at £70.00

Properties with three bedrooms will be charged at £80.00

Properties with four bedrooms or, more will be charged at £90.00

Additional costs may be incurred due to the complexity of the assessment and travelling time/distance.

No VAT is payable currently.

An invoice will be made available to you at the time of my visit and payment will be made either by cheque or, cash at the time of the survey.
