The service offered is a full domestic energy assessment of your property. This will include an overview of the energy performance of your property, its impact on the environment, recommendations and advice on how your property can be improved and potentially save you money.

Once the survey has been completed, an Energy Performance Certificate will be issued in order for you to comply with the seller's legal duty. The certificate has to be included in the seller's Home Information Pack.

I will discuss the requirements of the Energy Assessment with your Estate Agent, Solicitor or, HIP Provider and liaise with you to arrange a convenient date and time to undertake the survey. I will also ask you to complete a short questionnaire in order that I can gain some prior knowledge of the property.
